Oncompany offers international shipping, including deliveries to the United Kingdom.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and carrier limitations.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • 5–25 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and local delivery services.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or remote delivery locations.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
  • Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • Carrier or logistics provider information

Please note that tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities.

Oncompany has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.

6. Failed or Returned Deliveries

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Failure to collect the parcel
  • Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes

The customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Refunds may be issued only after the item is returned to us, in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Shipping Delays

Oncompany is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections or clearance processes
  • Carrier or postal service disruptions
  • Weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control

Such delays do not qualify for automatic refunds.
